Kate Middleton proved once again that she is just like the rest of us. The 32-year-old was spotted browsing the racks at a Gap store in Kensington, London, on March 31st.

According to Us Weekly, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge was shopping for her son, Prince George, 8 months.

A source revealed that the stylish brunette picked up several items for the baby. Although she didn't snag anything like the "George" cashmere sweater which the tot wore for the royal portrait (a gift from grandfather Prince Charles), the Gap items brought were more casual and affordable.

Prince William of Wales' wife purchased a green plaid onesie, denim shorts, a navy-and-white striped onesie and navy-striped pants.

While in the store Middleton couldn't help but browse the women's section of the store and picked up a few items for herself.

Apparently the royal brought two pairs of pants with her bill ringing up at $210 or 126 pounds.

The Duchess of Cambridge reportedly paid for her items with her own credit card and waited in line with the rest of the customers.

Whenever Kate Middleton makes a purchase from an affordable brand the item tends to sell out fairly quickly, so only time will tell if the Gap items the royal purchased will follow the trend.
