This look from the Oscars was defintely among our top faves. Actress Kate Hudson stunned on the red carpet in a Versace gown and perfect Old Hollywood hair created by Chris McMillan, Living Proof Celebrity Stylist. Check out how he achieved this super glam look with only three products!

"The look we did Sunday night was a modern take on a classic 1930's/1940's hairstyle. I saw it as Veronica Lake meets Jerry Hall," Chris explained.

Tips & Technique: "The key to this hairstyle was the Living Proof Prime Style Extender. Because of the rain, we needed to use a product that would seal the hair and protect it from all the moisture in the air," Chris said. "The product was our most important tool for creating a look that would last the whole night."

"I started by applying Prime to wet hair before blowing it dry with a round brush. I added a strong side part to the hair for a touch of glamour and applied Living Proof Satin to the ends for a polished shine," he explained. "I then used a 1-inch curling iron to curl the ends and brushed through them with a Mason Pearson Boar Bristle Brush. I finished the look by spraying Living Proof Flex to give it a light hold."
