She has previously said that she doesn't see herself as sexy but Ariana Grande recently stripped down to wear some hot lingerie for a black and white photo shoot in V Magazine.

According to E! News, "The Way" singer playfully posed for the spring music issue of the publication and spoke about a variety of topics.

The "Right There" artist also addressed her famous hair which has been constantly criticized in the media lately for always wearing the same style.

In fact the starlet is currently in a Twitter feud with blogger Perez Hilton after her fans began to make death threats to his son after he criticized her look at the 2014 Grammy Awards.

Hilton has since tweeted the singer daily demanded her to stop her fans from harassing him while refusing to apologize to the songstress.

Grande is now reportedly suing the writer after he alleged that she is struggling with a cocaine addiction on Twitter.

While chatting it up with the magazine the shy 20-year-old explained why she keeps her hair the same.

She said, "I use my hair as a mask, as a shield. I hide behind it and it's what keeps me me. Some people make fun of me for it, but I don't know who those some people are, so I don't care."

As she continues to make a name for herself in the entertainment industry ,Ariana Grnde is quickly learning that you have to have thick skin to deal with the harsh comments that come along with her career.

She explained, "That's what I'm learning right now, that I have to become stronger in this industry. I've learned over the past year that you don't have time to chase after ever person who doesn't understand you.

"The people that know me know that I'm a nice girl. My fans know that I'm a nice girl. My friends know that I'm a nice girl. And ultimately, that's all that matters."

While she has had success with her hit album "Yours Truly" the songstress has credited her mother with keeping her grounded.

She admitted, "[It's] the most helpful aspect of my career as an artist and an actress. I don't have a mother who's trying to live her life through me.

"I've met some really effed-up moms in this business who live for their daughter's careers and live off their children's money. I see that and I'm like, 'This is weird and creepy and I hate it.'

"My mom has always said that if I don't want to do this she will take me back to Boca."
