It looks like Selena Gomez's latest hookup that included a hot make out session with Niall Horan was no accident, actually it was the "Slow Down" singer's good friend Taylor Swift who set the two up.

While everyone couldn't help but talk about Justin Bieber's ex-girlfriend and the One Direction member in London on February 16th, the "Red" artist was gloating about her matchmaking skills.

According to Hollywood Life, the "22" singer was determined to get a her pal out of her funk following the discovery of her stint in rehab and difficult break up with the "Heartbreaker" artist.

A source revealed, "Taylor is the one that set Niall and Selena up. Selena has been having such a hard time moving on from Justin, and Taylor hates seeing her sad," adding, "She's been trying to set her up with a bunch of different guys but Niall was the only one so far that Selena got excited about."

One of the reasons Selena Gomez decided to go out with Niall Horan was to make Justin Bieber jealous but it seems that not only did she enjoy herself but the fact that Taylor Swift set up her latest romance will especially get under the Bieb's skin.

An insider revealed, "One thing he will not like is when he finds out that Taylor Swift set this all up because he hates her with a passion," adding, "She has always been the problem when it comes to the success or failure of his relationship with Selena."
