Not that we didn't already know it, but a new report claims that when the royal couple i.e. Kate Middleton and Prince William announced their royal engagement the couple radiated true love.
According to E! News, back in November 2010, the royal couple announced their engagement to the world and later released two official photos as a way to remember the special moment.
At the time, Mario Testino could just tell that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were in love.
In a new interview with The Telegraph the photographer who captured the intimate moment said that he "could see they were in completely in love."
He explained, "I waited a long time, an hour or two, to make that picture perfect."
The image featured Middleton cozying up to her husband-to-be while brightly smiling and lovingly holding on to one another.
However, the famous picture was not taken until the shoot was already over. Testino revealed that Prince George's parents, "were about to leave and they suddenly hugged in front of a radiator."
He said, "I took my camera and that was the picture that ran everywhere - it was spontaneous emotion...you could see they were completely in love."
Testino admitted that he knew Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William were deeply in love back in 2008 when he was asked to put together a display of photographs of the late Princess Diana by Kensington Palace.
Feeling as if he "couldn't do anything about [Prince Harry and William's] mother without their approval," Testino invited the Princes to view the rooms.
While Prince Harry brought along his girlfriend at the time Chelsy Davy, Prince William was accompanied by his future wife Kate Middleton.
The photographer could see that William "is more like his mother." He explained, "There's a kindness and a gentleness there that instantly wins you over."
He revealed that back in that meeting he could tell that the Prince was completely "in love with Kate," adding, "I knew they would stay together."
While he noted that Middleton is a lovely woman she is nothing like Princess Diana. He explained, "Kate, she is beautiful in a different way: she radiates happiness," he says. "She is comfortable in her love."
