Catherine Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William look like such a prestigious couple but in private and over the phone they are just like the average lovebirds. We learned this from a former British tabloid that was too curious about the royal pair's conversations.
According to Us Weekly, the tabloid is currently in the midst of a major lawsuit in which it is accused of hacking the phones of several prominent leaders and personalities, including Kate Middleton and the Duke of Cambridge.
On December 19th, Middleton's 2006 private messages from Prince William who was her boyfriend at the time was played in the court room.
In the message the Prince of Wales can be heard saying, "Babykins, just tried ringing you, hope you're alright."
In another message William tells his girlfriend that he nearly got shot during his officer training at Sandhurst in 2006.
He told Middleton in the detailed message, "Hi baby. Um, sorry, I've just got back off my night navigation exercise."
He added, "I've been running around the woods of Aldershot chasing shadows and getting horribly lost, and I walked into some other regiment's ambush, which was slightly embarrassing because I nearly got shot.
"Not by live rounds, but by blank rounds, which would have been very embarrassing, though."
According to E! News, he went on to tell Kate Middleton, "I might send a cheeky text message cos I might have my phone on me, but um, otherwise baby, um do try and ring me as soon as you can in the next sort of 25 minutes or so. All right baby, lots of love."
Another message was played from the voicemail of Prince Harry, left by an unnamed male using a high-pitched voice that is said to be impersonating his ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy.
The voice thought to be Prince William says, "You are the best looking ginger I have ever seen!"
The message went on, "It's lovely out here in Africa and hopefully I'll see you very soon you big hairy fat ginger."
