Although Thanksgiving and Black Friday are about a week away many people opt to stay home and wait for Cyber Monday. Luckily retailers are extending the highly anticipated shopping day and in turn are calling it Cyber Week.

According to the Examiner, on Wednesday, Target announced that their Cyber Monday deals will be available online for the whole week beginning December 1st.

Cyber Monday consists of the best deals online with most retailers offering free shipping or requiring a minimum purchase for the free delivery deal.

Walmart announced that their Cyber Monday sale will begin on December 2nd and sale items will include electronics, toys, video games, auto, clothes, home items and much more.

Meanwhile, Amazon has created various ways for customers to get Cyber Monday deals on their site including new apps available for Black Friday and Cyber Monday by simply signing up for daily emails.

Currently the website already has several items already on sale as an early Black Friday promotion.

Sears decided to promote their Black Friday sale this week with a TV commercial that stated that they will have more than 1,000 door busters items on sale and that they will open their doors on Thanksgiving night at 8 p.m. to kick off their holiday shopping season.

Even though Thanksgiving day is supposed to be about family and spending time together dinner will need to be done early on November 28th if customers want to get the best deals seeing as many retail stores will open their doors for the Black Friday sale at 6 p.m. that day instead of early Friday morning.

Two of the most sought after 2013 Black Friday items seem to be the new iPad Air and the iPad mini, which is expected to have customers lining up for their chance of get their hands on the hot commodity.
