It looks like Kourtney Kardashian who is rumored to be pregnant again with baby number three wants a relief from the drama in her life starting with the rumors surrounding herself and boyfriend Scott Disick.

According to TMZ, the pint size "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star warned Michael Girgenti, the man claiming to be the father of her son Mason Dash Disick, to shut up with all of his lies once and for all.

Kourtney Kardashian wants Girgenti to stop extorting her and or else, the celebrity tabloid alleges.

The reality star's lawyer, Shawn Holley issued a cease and desist letter to Girgenti making it clear that Scott Disick is in fact the father of her client's son.

The model already proved it to himself through a DNA test that he was not the father on the Trisha Goddard show and now the Kardashian-Disick family is ready to be left alone.

TMZ obtained the letter issued by Holley in which she accuses Girgenti of telling Kourtney Kardashian that he would back off his paternity claim if she paid him a large amount of cash.

The lawyer fired back and told the male model that if he didn't back off of her client that she would ask a judge to make him pay for the alleged extortion.

Holley insists that Girgenti is well aware that he is not the father of Mason Dash Disick after failing a polygraph test on a syndicated television show.
