"The Carrie Diaries" season two premiere kicked off with a bang! Lindsey Gort finally debuted as the underwear-free Samantha Jones, and Carrie and Sebastian awkwardly ran into each other after last season's drama.

According to TV Line, the carefree Samantha put her stamp on the new season by introducing herself in a very bold and sexy way during the "Win Some, Lose Some" episode.

"Just a few more inches - that's what I always hope for!," said Samantha as she attempts to wriggle her way onto and up a fire-escape ladder.

Gort channeled her inner Kim Canttrall, playing the cousin of season 1 troublemaker, Donna. Samantha's debut could mean the show will go in more of a risque, super-sexy direction that made "Sex in the City" so popular.

Meanwhile, Carrie Bradshaw returned as an adorable high-school student by day, and Interview magazine intern and big-city party-girl by night. She is styaing in New York City in her traveling boss, Larissa's Manhattan apartment for the summer.

Starting off the episode, Carrie and Walt agree to hang with former rival, Donna for a night out. But shock of shocks: Donna brings along Sebastian, who Carrie's been avoiding since she discovered he'd kissed her best friend, Maggie at the end of last season. Carrie leaves and heads to another place, but gets her purse stolen. Samantha ends up helping Carrie by breaking into her apartment and by the end, the two become fast friends.

Elsewhere, Mr. Bradshaw realizes Dorrit has a boyfriend, Miller and finally meets the guy. This storyline ended Miller telling Dorrit that Tom won't come in between them.

And Maggie takes a job at a country club, where Mouse wants to celebrate Independence Day. All craziness breaks loose when Mouse ends up falling into a pool during an argument with West, leading to Maggie and Mouse jumpstarting their friendship again.

But just how this awkward storyline involving Donna, Sebastian, Mouse, Maggie and Carrie will play out still remains a mystery. But fans should still get a healthy dose of lots of high school drama.
