With "The Carrie Diaries" season 2 promo having gone viral, many fans are excited about the upcoming premiere. The show's star, Austin Butler dished on Sebastian's love of women while newcomer Lindsey Gort said pasties are key to playing Samantha recently.

According to JustJared Jr., Butler's character will be dealing with the aftermath of making out with Maggie behind Carrie's back in the season opener.

"Sebastian does feel very bad about what happened last year and I think he spent his summer thinking about Carrie," Butler said about his character to the celebrity news site in an exclusive interview. "So they are definitely going to be around each other this season, but there are other relationships that make their relationship complicated. But either way, they can't seem to let each other go."

Butler also teased that Sebastian might feel jealous and have a "thing" for older women this season. But he isn't the only one who will have a captivating storyline.

According to PIX 11 Morning News, this upcoming season will introduce a young Samantha as Carrie's "most outspoken and promiscuous" friend.

The show will detail just how the two women became friends in New York City in the 1980s. Gort has been cast as the bold character, Samantha, who has a very interesting backstory. As to what exactly will lie in Samantha's past remains a bit of a mystery, but there might be a lot of sexy scenes.

"The Carrie Diaries" premieres on Friday at 8 p.m. on the CW.
