Is "That Awkward Moment" star Zac Efron getting help to stay clean from Lily Collins?

While the "Neighbors" and "High School Musical" actor, 26, is still adjusting to post-rehab life, he may be leaning on his now-rumored girlfriend, Collins for support, according to Hollywood Life.

The now clean and sober actor is reportedly staying healthy thanks to a push from "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" actress. With recent speculation that the pair are dating, the twosome have reportedly been spending a lot of time together. And it looks like Collins is making a strong effort to help Efron stay on track.

The "Parkland" star has found a great source of comfort in the brunette beauty, a source told Perez Hilton.

"Lily is the perfect girl for Zac to be dating right now," said the source. "She's young, gorgeous and smart - but more than anything, she doesn't drink or use drugs. Zac knows if he wants to save his career and his life, he needs to stay sober and it's making his transition a lot easier to be dating someone like Lily."

Collins is very straight-laced, so she is a great and positive influence in Efron's life, reported Perez Hilton.

Though Jamie Campbell Bower's ex-girlfriend has a clean-cut public image, the starlet likes to get her private life to herself. The world may never know just how close she and Efron are, or if they are more than friends.

Efron, on the other hand, has had a very public romantic life, and his past struggles with drugs and alcohol are no secret.
