In the past Demi Lovato has spoke about relationships with various men including ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama but it seems like the like the 21-year-old forgot to address one female relationship she once had.

On Sunday, a female Australian DJ named Ruby Rose alleged that she and the "Heart Attack" singer were once a hot item and that she even slept with the songstress confirming it via her Twitter account, according to the Daily Mail.

Apparently Lovato's fans didn't take to kindly to Rose's claim against "The X Factor" judge and decided to take a break off of social media due to all the hate. She tweeted, "Think i'll take a few days off social media while @ddlovato's friend attack me for being a 'scorned ex-lover.'"

Entertainment Wise reported that she later went to Twitter and wrote, "Listen, I'm in no way shocked or offended by the shade im getting from people who have simply cropped my reply to what actually started this."

She added, "However I in no way initiated this, nor did I say something that wasn't already written in this ridiculous post. One sided replies don't cut it. However, love and peace to everyone. It is what is it."

She also wrote, "Remember it doesn't really matter what people think. Its what you know that counts."

Neither Demi Lovato nor her reps have commented on the accusations made by the 27-year-old DJ.

Prior to these allegations, the only connection Rose appears to have with the "Skyscraper" singer dates back to October 2011 when she tweeted, "On a plus side I met Demi Lovato today at lunch and she is just magnificent."
