After months overseas filming her latest flick "Sils Maria," Kristen Stewart is back and Los Angeles and reportedly "would love to see" her ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.
Even though he has moved on with Dylan Penn, it seems the "On the Road" star is "not worried at all" about running into her former "Twilight" costar and his new girlfriend.
While off filming in Germany and Switzerland it seems the Dior hottie was the only thing on the actress mind.
A source told Hollywood Life, "Kristen would love to see Rob now that she's back in LA. She's not worried at all about running into Rob and Dylan. She can hold her own."
The insider added, "She knows that Rob would be the one who would feel more uncomfortable if they ran into each other and Dylan was there."
The source revealed that the actress would prefer if Pattinson made the first friendly gesture when it comes to the former couple being civil with one another.
The insider said, "It would be nice if Rob reached out to Kristen to just say hi and welcome her home. Kristen doesn't want there to be any tension between them."
"Kristen would reach out to Rob, but she won't because he was the one who initially suggested they stop communicating for a while."
Stewart apparently just can't see to let her relationship with Robert Pattinson go.
The friend of the actress admitted, "Even though Rob is dating, Kristen is convinced that what she and Rob had was one of a kind, that their love for each other was one of a kind and can never, ever be replaced.
"Kristen still misses Rob, but finds comfort in knowing that what they shared was the best thing that ever happened to her."
Further adding, "She knows she can't compare herself to Dylan or to any other person that Rob is linked to. It's hard not to, but knowing that Rob is happy gives her some piece of mind in a strange way."
The insider said, "She will always love him no matter what."
