It seems like Kristen Stewart didn't learn her lesson after her break up with Robert Pattinson the first time around. New reports are surfacing that the "On the Road" actress tried to rekindle her romance with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.

Last summer Stewart made headlines when she was photographed getting cozy and making out with Sanders who was married at the same time that she was in a relationship with Pattinson.

Once exposed, most assumed that the affair was over however, it seems the "Twilight" star wasn't ready to end the fling just yet.

The actress apparently met up with the director earlier this year following his split from ex-wife Liberty Ross, but Sanders abruptly ended contact soon after that, according to Hollywood Life.

Kristen Stewart was also was rumored to have been hooking up with the director in April after she was spotting getting into a car with a man looking similar to the 42-year-old but it later turned out to be just a parking attendant.

Sanders and Ross decided to end their 10 year marriage in January after months of trying to work through his infidelity. While Stewart's relationship with Pattinson fizzled out in May.

A source said that Ross recently contacted Stewart about not apologizing for the affair over a year ago.

The insider told OK magazine: "Liberty recently left a message for Kristen, suggesting she might as well sew a big letter 'A' on her chest, since she's never really apologized to the now divorced mom."

The actress only made a public apology to her boyfriend at the time however, it is clear that he hasn't accepted it as their $6.75 million shared home was put on the market on September 16th.
