After launching her clothing line Ryan Gosling's girlfriend Eva Mendes decided to take a break from bugging her boyfriend about an engagement ring and make a couple of TV appearances in New York City on Thursday.

According to the Daily Mail, "The Place Beyond the Pines" actress headed over to "Good Morning America" rocking a powder pink-retro style polka dot shirt dress.

She accessorized with a black belt, a pair of Christian Louboutin stilettos, a pink coat and a chic pair of oval sunglasses.

Mendes then made an outfit change as she swapped her polka dots for a blue and pink rose printed dress.

Although she is reportedly having relationship issues with her hottie boyfriend, "The Notebook" star Ryan Gosling, lately Mendes has been focusing on fashion.

She recently shared some details about her fashion venture with Lucky Magazine. She told the issue, "I never thought I would be a designer, if that's what I am."

She added, "And at first, I wasn't sure I could do it." The actress revealed that her mother along with her sisters convinced her that she could do it.

"They were like, 'Evie, you have to do this!'" Said Mendes who admitted that her first two seasons were inspired by them.
