Let's face it Beyonce has a great sense of style but she is not known for exposing private areas of skin. However, the "Grown Woman" singer almost suffered a double nip slip wardrobe malfunction when she arrived to Taverna Anema e Core on the island of Capri with husband Jay-Z.

The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour artist arrived wearing a blue printed button down low-cut jumpsuit which popped open during her stroll with Blue Ivy's father.

The one piece suit exposed Beyonce's perfect skin and highlighted her large blue beaded necklace which she paired with black heels. According to the Daily Mail, Jay-Z wore a long sleeved black top with dark pants and sneakers.

While the couple was enjoying their night out, the singer soon realized that her top came undone and stopped to fix it. Even though Beyonce smiled as she buttoned the top, her husband stared in awe and didn't seem to mind her almost double nip slip.

However, noticeably missing from the intimate outing was the couple's one-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter. The family has been spotted around Italy this past week as they celebrate Beyoncé's 32nd birthday.

Earlier this week, the brood was spotted taking a walk along the Nerano shore. The girls coordinated their look with a white color scheme while Jay-Z opted to wear white and black.

The singer was spotted grabbing memories of the family moments by taking pictures with both a professional camera and her iPhone.
