It looks like we have an official Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele for the "Fifty Shades of Grey "film adaptation.

Drum roll please...

"Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam has been cast as Christian Grey while Dakota Johnson has been tapped to play Anastasia Steele.

The book's author E.L. James, broke the news via Twitter on Monday. She tweeted, "I am delighted to let you know that the lovely Dakota Johnson has agreed to be our Anastasia in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey."

The writer revealed the news about Grey a few minutes later, she wrote, "The gorgeous and talented Charlie Hunnam will be Christian Grey in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey."

While Hunnam is well known for his television role you may know Johnson as the daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith.

According to ABC News, Johnson has also enjoyed some screen time during her work on Ben & Kate" and "The Social Network" as a love interest of Sean Parker's.

Focus Features and Universal Pictures also confirmed the casting through a press release.

The "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie will focus on innocent college student Anastasia Steele who meets the incredibly handsome Christian Grey and experiences a sexual awakening along with other things during their twisted romance.

The film will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and released in August 2014.
