After a highly-publicized break up, the rumors keep on coming about who is 20-year-old Selena Gomez' new beau. Could it be her former "Wizards in Waverly Place" co-star, David Henrie, 23?

The former colleagues, who became close friends while playing brother and sister for five years on the Disney channel show, have been spending a lot of time together recently. In fact, they had a sushi lunch at Kabuki Japanese restaurant in Woodland Hills, Calif. on June 8, according to Wetpaint.

Obviously, the two had on-screen magic, but the question remains has it spilled into their off-screen lives?

Well, hard to say but both entertainers did look in sync with one another during the outing, where they were later joined by three friends.

On June 15, the two posed for a photo at a friend's house after spending some quality time together, further adding heat to the rumored romance flame.

But according to Hollywood Life, their status is that of friends. A source told the celebrity site that the "two are not dating."

"They spend a good portion of their lives together and are great friends,' the source said, "and they don't want to and have not even thought about ruining it with dating." But there is a twist here.

The source also hinted at the possiblity of a future relationship. "Well it worked for Mila [Kunis] and Ashton [Kutcher] years after, didn't it?" the source said. "But let's just say that it would be a surprise, even to them, if that happened. Strictly platonic, she is more prone to be the matchmaker for him than the match."

Either way, friendship or more, the singer is keeping herself busy and having fun since splitting with Justin Bieber.

In fact, a recent rumor about the "Spring Breakers" actress willing to go nude for the right role had been circulating, fueled by her recent "Come and Get It" single and racy, hyper-sexualized music video.

A source told Hollywood Life that she would strip down for the appropriate film. "Now that Selena is now growing up to be a more serious actress and separating herself from her Disney past, she has no problem going topless if the role calls for it," the source explained. "Without a doubt, Selena would go topless in a film if the role was right."
