With Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez moving on from their split, Gomez cannot seem to escape the long-living rumors that she is dating Gucci Mane.

There had been rampant speculation about the two hooking up since both appeared in "Spring Breakers," with the rumor mill going so far as to say that Gomez, 20, cheated on Bieber, 19, with the Southern rapper, 33, and that Gucci Mane ended his partnership with Waka Flocka Flame over Gomez. But finally, Mane put the rumors to bed, saying he never dated the "Come and Get It" singer, according to The Fader.

"I don't know why they made such a crazy cruel rumor," he told the publication recently. "Cause I think she was dating Justin Bieber at the time. Really I don't have no idea what was going on with Selena Gomez cause I only know her briefly from doing the 'Spring Breakers' movie, and from what I know of her she's a nice young lady. I don't know her personally, I never dated her."

The 1017 Brick Squad lyricist said that Gomez is a "talented actor and nice girl" and that he wishes "her the best."

Recent rumors had also linked the now-single "Spring Breakers" starlet to her "Wizards of Waverly Place" on-screen brother, David Henrie and Union J singer, George Kelley, according to Starpulse.

Since the breakup, Gomez' ex has been getting some naughty tokens of affection from fans. According to US Weekly, the "Never Say Never" star shared a picture of a lone beige-colored bra laying on stage as thousands of female fans scream in the background. His caption?

"I guess everyone grows up."
