When real life Barbie Valeria Lukyanova and real life Ken, Justin Jedlica, locked eyes for the first time on the upcoming episode of the "Inside Edition," we could already see them living happily ever after in a pretty and delicate candy floss colored doll house. But our dreams were shattered when sparks didn't fly. Instead, the duo had some harsh words for each other.

Turns out, Lukyanova has neither forgotten nor forgiven what Jedlica said about her last year. In November 2012, the real life Ken told the Huffington Post that he found the Ukranian model fake. "I do find her beautiful. [But] it appears to me that much of her look is added makeup, fake hair and 'slimming' corsets... Drag queens have put on the same illusions with makeup and costumes for years."

So this time when Lukyanova met the 32-year-old, it was the real life Barbie's turn to say what she thinks about Jedlica. "Justin said bad things about me but he had more than 90 operations, while I had only one," The Sun quoted the 23-year-old. "I am not hiding that I've had plastic surgery. I had breast implants because I want to be perfect. He would do better not to comment on who is plastic and who is not. I think he is handsome man - but he overdid his lips."

Ouch! That's quite ruthless. But it is also the truth that Jedlica has spent about $100,000 on treatments like rhinoplasties, shaping the brow bone and amplification to his cheeks, lips, and buttocks. He went under the knife for the first time when he was 18 and recently underwent his 100th surgery.

On the other hand Lukyanova claims that she hasn't gotten any part of her face changed. She admits to getting a boob job to augment the size but says that makeup changes the structure of her face and she keeps herself in shape by going to the gym.
