Singer Britney Spears might have made a resolution to attend Sunday mass but the singer has kicked up a storm with her choice of outfit, reports the Daily Mail. While one might think that the off-white top she donned was very sober and pleasant with lacey frills, it was sheer from the back showing off her pink bra.

The 31-year-old paired the top with a tight and short black skirt that showed off her shapely legs. With minimal makeup and her blonde locks left loose, she completed her look with just a pair of sunglasses and black pump shoes.

The attire would have looked perfectly fine for any other occasion or even a casual stroll, but the singer has been criticized for wearing it to church. Fans around the world have called her attire very inappropriate for attending a mass.

Spears recently split with fiancé Jason Trawick. The "Gimme More" hit maker and Trawick had gotten engaged in December 2011 but are said to have had grown apart. The split was confirmed to People by Spears' representative Jeff Raymond. "Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have mutually agreed to end their one-year engagement. As two mature adults, they came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends," he stated.

After the split, Spears was seen hanging out with a friend and she surely dressed to kill in an outfit that showed off her side boob. Pairing the revealing outfit with a pair of stunning brown boots, she even seemed to have left behind her three carat diamond ring.

She has also ended her stint as a judge in "X-Factor". But none of this seems to have dampened Spears' spirits as she has been looking perfectly happy and upbeat.
