The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has been voted as the Beauty Icon of the Year by Superdrug, reports mirror.co.uk. Middleton garnered over 27 percent of the votes winning the title second time in a row.

The results are not exactly surprising as almost everyone loves the royal's style. Right from her clothes, shoes, hats and even her hairstyles are continuously spoken about. Fans went gaga over her nude court shoes in October 2012 and sales of look-alike shoes soared as everyone wanted to replicate her style.

Admiring her classic style, Kanye West wanted girlfriend Kim Kardashian to dress like the Duchess and emulate her elegant style, after which Kardashian even wanted to have a wedding similar to the Royal couple's.

Middleton has a sophisticated and graceful sense of style appreciated by millions worldwide. Her grace blends in perfectly with her royal title and even after being discharged from the hospital after a bout of morning sickness it was stunning how the 30-year-old managed to look as lovely as always.

And it's not just her clothes and shoes that are a matter of envy. According to the Daily Mail, Middleton's nose is one of the most demanded features by plastic surgery patients in the United Kingdom.

Olympian Jessica Ennis recently dethroned Pippa Middleton from being the one with the perfect butt and even in this poll, Ennis claimed the third spot leaving Pippa to settle for the fifth place. Television presenter Holly Willoughby stood fourth and Cheryl Cole took the sixth place.

The list also featured Rihanna in the 11th spot followed by Posh who was 12th. Adele claimed the 14th place, Beyonce stood 15th and Angelina Jolie was 18th. Scarlett Johansson was ranked 19th and Halle Berry stood 20th.
