The Fashion designer, actress best known as daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne in the hit reality series "The Osbournes," Kelly Osbourne reveals her new transformation losing fifty pounds. 

The 28 year-old in recent interview with Intouch revealed her secret to dramatic weight loss saying she was forced to begin a new diet and exercise routine while competing in the ABC hit show 'Dancing with the Stars.' "[Working out] is something I really enjoy doing," said Osourne, "I never thought I'd be that kind of girl," Her and dance partner Louis van Amstel took third place in the 2009 show but since then, Kelly took first place steps to lose her weight.

The E! fashion correspondent's exercise routine includes: yoga, cardio and pilates "I do up to half an hour of cardio, circuit training, yoga or pilates," I mix it up.  Diet to sustaine her 112 lbs weight includes  eating cereal or little omelet made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach for breakfast, salad or trukey burger for lunch and brown rice and vegetables with some kind of meat for dinner.   

Besides corresponding with Joan Rivers in the Fashion Police, Kelly has appeared as guest judge in season 4 of RuPaul's Drag Race, and hosted the New Now Next Awards this year.
