Just a week after revealing that they have officially tied the knot, Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski have welcomed their first child, a source confirms. Seyfried reportedly gave birth on Saturday, March 25.

According to E! News, a representative of the actress confirmed that the couple are now parents to a baby girl.

The "Mean Girls" actress first showed her baby bump during a brand's fragrance launched back in November 2016, the report revealed. E! News added that Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski earlier this month shared their excitement in meeting their first born during the premiere of their first film together, "The Last Word."

The couple reportedly exchanged their "I Dos" last March 12 before an officiant as they did not have any guests. A source revealed that only the "Mamma Mia" star's dog, Finn, was present to witness the exchanging of vows between the celebrities. Sadoski also confirmed his marriage with Seyfried in a "Late Late Show" interview last March 16.

Moreover, Amanda Seyfried has been vocal about wanting a baby and being ready for motherhood. It was reported that in 2015, the 31-year-old actress in an interview revealed that she "badly" wants to be a mother. "I keep feeling like my eggs are dying off. I need to get on it... I want a child," Amanda said as cited in the report.

Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski met for the first time during their stint on "The Way We Get By," an off-Broadway show," back in 2015. The couple's romance, however, was reported to only have begun during their reunion on the set of their new film "The Last Word."
