Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has fired back at Eminem for saying he would rape her in a rap lyric, MTV reports.

The "Fancy" rapper took to Twitter to give her say on the matter. Azalea, whose real name is Amethyst Kelly, began her series of tweets with, "im bored of the old men threatening young women as entertainment trend and much more interested in the young women getting $ trend. Zzzz"

She followed it with another post, saying, "its especially awkward because my 14 year old brother is the biggest eminem fan and now the artist he admired says he wants to rape me. Nice!"

Azalea then moved on to say how women in the music industry are stronger than men. "Women in music have the bigger balls anyhow we endure much more harrassment and critic," she wrote.

Eminem targeted Azalea in a new song called "Vegas" in his "Shady XV" compilation album, according to Hollywood Life. A clip of the song was leaked online and spoke of Eminem's Azalea rape fantasy.

The lyrics say: "So swallow my pride, you're lucky just to follow my ride. If I let you run alongside the Humvee. Unless you're Nicki, grab you by the wrist, let's ski. So what's it gon' be? Put that s**t away Iggy. You don't wanna blow that rape whistle on me. Scream! I love it."

Eminem made headlines a few weeks ago for slamming singer Lana del Rey in a cypher, saying he would physically assault her. In the video, which has now been set to private, the rapper spoke of "[punching] Lana Del Rey right in the face twice, like Ray Rice," according to Billboard.

Eminem has been known for bashing and threatening women, especially celebrities in his songs. Among the many female celebrities he had written about are Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Pamela Anderson, according to The Atlantic.
