It's official! Britney Spears is dating a new man!

Without mentioning the name of her new beau, the 32-year-old singer confirmed to Extra that she has a new man in her life.

"Yes, there is a special someone" Spears said at an event at The LINQ Promenade in Las Vegas, where she received a key to the city, and where Nov.5 was declared "Britney Day."

But when pressed for additional details about her latest romance, the "Baby One More Time" singer refused to give out more information other than, "It's very new."

But who's the lucky man?

Two days before "The X-Factor" judge confirmed that she's dating again, a report by E! News claimed that she is in a relationship with Charlie Ebersol, a TV and film producer, and son of "Saturday Night Live" co-creator Dick Ebersol.

"They met through friends," a source told E! News of the new couple, who have reportedly been seeing each other for a few weeks. "He is the sweetest guy ever and they are very much enjoying getting to know one another. They are both very happy and having fun. It's just the beginning so no idea if it will become serious but right now they are having a lot of fun together."

In the same interview with Extra, Spears revealed that seeing fellow celebrities in the audience of her Las Vegas residency show "Britney: Piece of Me" makes her nervous. "I think Jennifer Lopez came to one of the shows a couple of weeks ago and I was extremely nervous," she said.

In September, the McComb, Mississippi-born recording artist confirmed that her deal with Planet Hollywood has been extended, so her Las Vegas residency show will now run until 2017, according to EntertainmentWise.

In an interview with "Good Morning Britain's" Richard Arnold on Sept. 25, while promoting her new lingerie line Intimate Britney Spears Collection, Spears said she is "very excited" about the extension. She added that performing every night in the same venue is "really grounding."

"The way I used to travel all around the world and do a different show every night, I'm like, 'How did I do it?!' Promotion is a different story, and going to a different city every day, like what I'm doing now, it's really hard," she explained. "But being based in Vegas and having one show that you just keep going back to, the consistency of that is really grounding and really cool."
