Dej Loaf hits the stage at the Santos Party House for the first show of the annual CMJ Music Marathon in New York Tuesday night with her first single "Try me," Grantland reported.

The Santos Party House was full just before Dej Loaf was due to perform. The 23-year-old rapper brought out her mom to dance with her on stage and continued to share the stage with Jadakiss, Styles P and Remy Ma to perform verses from "Try Me."

Dej Loaf closed her set with "I Got It," as captured on video by RealTalkNY.

It was Dej Loaf's first performance in New York City after the release of "Try Me."

Her rise to hip-hop stardom gained boosts from co-signs she received from Big Sean, Ty Dolla $ign, Drake and Wiz Khalifa, who released his remix of "Try Me," according to The Source.

Dej Loaf previously released the music video of "Try Me" on YouTube, which has almost 3 million views in only less than a month.

Dej Loaf is garnering support from veteran rappers and fans alike.

Drake previously followed the rapper on Twitter, while basketball star Kevin Durant showed support by coming to the concert for the Detroit-based rapper, as he mentioned in his Twitter post.

"Dejloaf goin up right now," he tweeted during the show.

Earlier this week, Dej Loaf signed with Columbia Records, which gained interest from the rapper's mixtape "$ell Sole," according to Rap-Up.

"My range is ridiculous, man. I know what the people want to hear, and I've got it all," she told Noisey.

The rapper started writing songs at the age of 10, while growing up in Detroit. She released her first mixtape in 2012 called "Just Do It," and it has steadily stayed under the hip hop industry's radar with its latest release, "$ell Sole."
