LeBron James is rocking a slender and fitter figure and the basketball star recently dished on how he was able to lose as much weight within just 67 days.

In an interview with Sports Illustrated and CNN, the Cleveland Cavaliers star revealed that his 67-day diet consisted of foods without sugar, dairy and carbohydrates.

"I had no sugars, no dairy. I had no carbs. All I ate was meat, fish, veggies and fruit. That's it. For 67 straight days," he said.

Earlier this week, James surprised his fans via Instagram when he posted a photo of himself wearing a tuxedo. It has become evident how much the star player has lost, according to US Weekly.

"Throughout adversity, trials and tribulations. When you think you're alone know your shadow will stand tall and always have your back! #OverComeItAll #StriveForGreatness," the captioned the photo.

In an interview with CNN's Rachel Nichols, James explained, "I haven't been in this weight class. I'm in the 250-ish range. A lot lighter than I've been playing at the last few years, but I feel good."

The four-time MVP revealed that he also had to forego some of his favorite foods, including pancakes, chocolate chip cookies and ice cream, ABC News reported.

"I had the cookie monster chasing me a few times in my dreams," he joked.

James recently returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers after playing with the Miami Heat for four years, SI noted.

"I had dreams about going back home, but I thought it would happen a lot later on in my career, going back and kind of, you know, having a couple more years left in my career and kind of finish it off that way. But, I didn't think it would happen this soon," he said.

"I understand what it takes to get there. I understand what it, you know, takes to win. It's so difficult. It's the hardest thing I've ever done in my life," he dished.
