"Big Brother US" season 16 has officially ended and one winner has been named.

Undercover cop Derrick Levasseur is this season's lucky winner and he got to bring home a massive $500,000 reward.

The doting father played a really smart game throughout the entire season so it is only fitting that the other house guests named him as the winner.

His alliance and good friend, Cody, went home in second place with a pretty good reward of $50,000.

Prior to his win, both Derrick and Cody were each asked three questions by the house guests. Towards the end, seven house guests voted for Derrick to win while two house guests voted in favor of Cody, according to Entertainment Wise.

After his exit from the "Big Brother" house, Derrick took the opportunity to thank his supporters via Twitter.

"THANK YOU BIG BROTHER! @CBSBigBrother @JokersBBUpdates @hamsterwatch @bigbrothernet @BBAllSummer @BigBrotherLeak @BBShirl."

Also prior to Derrick's win, host Julie Chen revealed one of this season's biggest twists which was Team America. It was the first time that the housemates learned that Derrick, Donny and Frankie were tasked to complete missions in order to win $5,000, TV Guide reported.

Julie also revealed another secret that Derrick never told anyone. At the start of the game, he opted to not tell the other house guests that he's an undercover cop so he won't have a huge target on his back.

Luckily, everything turned out well for Derrick, Broadway World noted.

Plus, America's Favorite House Guest, Donny, received $25,000 so he's one happy groundskeeper for sure.

Meanwhile, Ariana Grande took over her brother, Frankie's twitter account to thank everyone who supported him throughout the entire season.

"Thank u guys so much for all of your support while Frankie's been gone. It means so much to me & my family! I can't even explain. So much love," she wrote.
