Just days after Giuliana Rancic said that Ariana Grande has diva tendencies, the "Break Free" singer is now being accused of throwing some major shade at her own fans after a recent radio show visit in Manhattan.
"She did autographs and pics and was all smiles until she got into the elevator," a shocked industry insider told New York Daily News. "And as soon as the doors shut she said, 'I hope they all f-king die.'"
On Tuesday, Sept. 16, the same day the New York Daily News report was published online, the 21-year-old singer took to Twitter to shut down haters.
"man some of these rumors that have been coming out about me lately actually have me laughing out loud... really can't take em seriously," wrote the Boca Raton, Florida-born performer.
"sooner or later ppl will realize that what u put out is what u get back. the lies/hate etc. give love & I promise life will treat u better, she tweeted in a follow-up post.
"I've said this before but I promise it's true. what u focus on expands. what u put out, u get back. live for love & your life will be pretty," she added.
"love love love love love love love. k? n here's some more love for u. even those who are unkind. here's some love for u too. u need it most," the "Sam & Cat actress" wrote in the microblogging site.
Grande also quoted lyrics from the 1996 Broadway show "Rent's" song "Seasons of Love."
"not to quote rent but ima boutta quote rent. share love. give luv. spread luv. measure ur life in luv. (I quoted rent & I'm not apologizing)," she tweeted.
"Rent" is the Tony-winning musical that launched the career of "Let It Go" singer Idina Menzel. It follows the story of a group of New York bohemian artists who find comfort in each other's company while struggling with poverty, relationships and illness. The musical promotes love, hope and tolerance, according to E! News.
Just recently, Grande was also accused of being a diva after she was reported to have abruptly cancelled a photo shoot last week for an Australian newspaper when photographers refused to comply with her strict list of specific demands, News.com.au reported.
