Hollywood actor Shia LaBeouf has been granted a restraining order against a woman who has been stalking him in the past few months, reports TMZ.

Graciela Nahle, 31, most recently turned up at the actor's house eating watermelon on the driveway. When LaBeouf confronted her, she became agitated and then lashed out at the actor.

"I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up the world! You are Albert Einstein and we belong together," Nahle screamed.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, it was stated that Nahle intruded upon LaBeouf's residence thrice in the last few months and the actor had expressed fear for his safety.

In one of the instances of trespassing, the woman was carrying an infant in her arms and claimed they were best friends in a previous reincarnation.

Nahle was sentenced to stay at least 100 yards away from the actor.

Last month, TMZ obtained a recording of a phone call by LaBeouf to police as he was confronting the same woman. The actor was reportedly relatively calm as he explained the situation to an officer but at one point could be heard screaming "Don't touch me!" at the woman.

The officers who responded arrested Nahle, who was said to have been found "skulking around" in the actor's house twice before.

She was sentenced to 45 days in prison but served only four days. Nahle was also ordered to stay away from the actor that first time police intervened.

LaBeouf himself recently pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, Daily Mail notes. The charge stemmed from an incident in June where he disrupted a Broadway performance starring Alan Cumming.

He may withdraw the plea and have his case dismissed if he undergoes treatment for three months and does not run afoul of the law for six months.
