Paul Walker's daughter, Meadow Walker, and his "Fast & Furious 6" co-stars have taken to social media to remember the late actor on what would have been his 41st birthday.

Meadow posted a touching photo on Instagram of herself as a toddler being held by her doting father. "Happy birthday, I love you," Meadow captioned the pic, which shows them gazing adoringly at one another.

Paul died on Nov. 30 last year in a fiery car crash in Santa Clarita, Calif. Shortly before his death, her then 15-year-old daughter had relocated from Hawaii to Los Angeles to live with him.

Two weeks before the tragic accident, the "Brick Mansions" star talked about Meadow in an interview with US Weekly. "I'm glad I had her at 25, because at 40 and 15, we're matching up sweet. It's just working. It's perfect," he said at the time.

In February, it was revealed that Meadow is the sole inheritor of his dad's $25 million estate. The late actor's mother, Cheryl Ann Walker, is now Meadow's legal guardian, according to New York Daily News.

Paul's "Fast & Furious 6" costar Jordana Brewster took to WhoSay to post a photo of a sunset with the message, "#HappyBirthdayPW #ROWW Always in our hearts."

The "ROWW" hashtag refers to Reach Out WorldWide, a charity founded by Paul back in 2010 that provides support to survivors of natural disasters. The 34-year-old actress shared the sunset photo as part of ROWW's initiative to raise $1 million on Paul's birthday. Fans are encouraged to post images of sunsets on any social networking sites and donate to the charity in his honor, New York Daily News reported.

Ludacris, on the other hand, celebrated his late co-star's generosity on Instagram by sharing a photo of Paul providing aid to a young child during a humanitarian trip. "Happy Bday to an Angel today @paulwalker," he wrote.
