"The Equalizer" co-stars, Denzel Washington and Chloe Grace Moretz were recently spotted at the Toronto International Film Festival 2014.

Moretz, 17, wore a gown that is way ahead of her years. The stunning teenager, who is being linked to Victoria and David Beckham's son, Brooklyn, was all smiles as she walked on the red carpet.

Prior to entering the event venue, Moretz also posed with her fans that were waiting for her. She even signed a huge poster of herself, according to the Daily Mail.

Also at the venue was Denzel Washington, 59, who brought his wife to the huge event. Washington later on posed with his co-star Moretz in an iconic photo, the same publication noted.

Meanwhile, Hit Fix gave "The Equalizer" some mixed reviews. In an article published on Monday, Drew McWeeny wrote, "While I personally didn't care for much of anything about the film, I don't think it's ineptly made or awful so much as just forgettable. It's a Teflon film. It slid right off my brain pan just as soon as it made it in through the rods and cones, and even trying to summon up specific scenes or gags a few days later, I can already feel it slipping away.

McWeeny meanwhile commended Moretz as a performer but stressed that she might have been miscast into the film.

"I like Chloe Grace Moretz as a performer, but she is profoundly miscast here as a downtrodden Russian hooker who sets off Washington's sympathies. Moretz is simply too strong, too well put-together, too unbroken for the character to work."

"The Equalizer" chronicles the life of a former black ops commando who faked his death in place of a much peaceful life in Boston. He eventually comes face to face with a young girl he rescued, leading him back to the Russian gangsters he once fled, Just Jared noted.
