Britney Spears is single again!

The 32-year-old pop star has split with boyfriend David Lucado reportedly after a video of him cheating surfaced, TMZ reported.

Sources told the celebrity gossip website that the Virginia-based lawyer is seen in the video "making out" with another woman and dancing with her. The clip was reportedly taken earlier this month.

A representative for Lucado told TMZ, "David is very, very in love with Britney. This is unfortunate and he hopes that it all works out."

The "Toxic" hitmaker, however, took to Twitter Thursday, Aug. 27, to confirm her new relationship status.

"Ahhhh the single life!" she tweeted.

A representative for the singer confirmed the news Thursday, telling People, "Yes, she's single."

A source told E! News that Spears, who is now in Las Vegas, is brokenhearted. "But she will get through it. She's a strong girl and he was never right for her," added the source.

Just last month, the now former couple was rumored to have been split, but the two stepped out together after breakup reports came out  looking happier than ever, E! News noted.

Spears and Lucado started dating in March 2013 - just two months after the singer and Jason Trawick mutually ended their engagement.

November of that year, Spears opened up about her relationship with Lucado in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

"He's just a simple man. I adore him. He's really funny and he's really passionate. I love the fact that anything he's involved in he's passionate about and it's contagious," she said of Lucado at the time.

Spears shared that she met her now ex-beau through friends and that her father even ran a background check before giving his blessing. "My dad's a little crazy like that," Spears jokingly said.

Spears has been married two times before. She first tied the knot with childhood friend Jason Alexander in Las Vegas in 2004. Their union just that lasted for 55 hours.

In the same year, she married her former backup dancer Kevin Federline, with whom she has two sons, Sean, 8, and Jayden, 7.
