Pamela Anderson has petitioned to have a judge toss out her July divorce filing against on-again-off-again husband Rick Salomon, People first reported.

The 47-year-old "Baywatch" star requested to have the case dismissed on Aug. 21, just weeks after the pair enjoyed a cozy holiday in Copenhagen, Denmark, Daily Mail noted.

The Canadian-American actress filed for divorce from Salomon on July 3 after less than six months of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakup, according to E! News.

For the second time around, the two tied the knot on Jan. 9, nearly six years after their first brief marriage was annulled.

Anderson first married the 46-year-old former actor and producer in October 2007 in Las Vegas, but she had the marriage annulled by the following February.

Surprisingly, just two weeks after the divorce filing, the couple was photographed sharing a kiss in Malibu - the first hint that their "differences" have already been reconciled.

The "Scary Movie 3" actress was reportedly only trying to "force the wayward Salomon to tow the line" when she decided to file for divorce, according to Daily Mail.

"Pam felt the only thing she could do at this point in her relationship and marriage to Rick was to file for divorce because of his wild partying," an insider claimed, according to the British newspaper.

"They love each other, but it's always a roller coaster with Pam and Rick. No one should be shocked if they reconcile. Since she filed for divorce, Rick has been begging Pam to halt the proceedings," the source added.

At the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, Anderson only had good things to say about Salomon.

"He is the only man besides my boys that I trust," she added. "His way of helping the world to be a better place is by caring for me, protecting me and making me happy. I am so proud of him."
