Kim Kardashian is set on producing her own reality show without the help of her mom and manager Kris Jenner.

The reality TV star will be producing the show entitled "Young Bosses" together with a friend. The show will follow the lives of up and coming entrepreneurs, according to InTouch Weekly.

A source told the publication, "Kim has decided that it's time to begin a new career without being under the thumb of her mother. Kris built a reality TV empire, and now Kim is planning to do the same - without her mother."

Khloe Kardashian was also vocal with not wanting to rehire her mother as her PR manager after Jenner allegedly failed to review the questions thrown at her during an interview in New Zealand.

Kris and Khloe's spat was featured on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and the 30-year-old reality star was featured screaming at her mother, ABC News reported.

"My mom does not protect me ever and it's so frustrating. As your daughter and friend you've let me down and now as your client," she said.

Kim's move may be timely considering the Kardashian siblings have previously confirmed that they will no longer film for the reality show's upcoming episodes unless they find out who has been stealing from them this whole time, Reality Tea reported.

In the past couple of months, Kourtney and Khloe have been involved in a series of burglary incidents in their own homes, which they believe was done by someone working in the reality show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Celebuzz noted.

First, Khloe's jewelries worth $250,000 were stolen from the home she used to share with estranged husband Lamar Odom. $50,000 worth of items were stolen from Kourtney and Scott Disick's home and another burglary incident took place at the same property amounting to approximately $4,000, the same publication noted.
