"As Maya Angelou says in her Phenomenal Woman, 'I'm not built to suit a fashion model size,"' Winfrey stated.

"I like pretending I'm a movie star," she added, saying it felt phenomenal.

Back in May, Winfrey explained why she embraces getting older as opposed to fearing it.

"Call me crazy, but I've never really understood our culture's fear of getting older. The way I see it, every year can be a brand new journey," the host said.

"Think about it: You get one chance to be 25...38...44...61...and every age before and between. Why wouldn't you want to experience all the wonder in each step on your path?"

She continued, "If you're blessed to enough to grow older, there's so much wisdom to be gained from celebrating the process with vibrancy and vigour and grace."

"Sex Tape" star Cameron Diaz seems to agree with Winfrey on the matter, as she recently said on "Good Morning America" that aging does not phase her either.

"I think that we need to change the conversation about aging amongst us women and as a society," the blonde beauty explained.

"It is a real privilege to grow older. Not everyone gets to do it, you never know when this is going to end. For me, as you get older, your life just gets better because you have more wisdom and you let go of all things that don't matter - it all just melts away."

Diaz added, "There's no such thing as anti-aging, there's no such thing as reversal of age, all you are ever doing from the moment you are born is moving forward and growing, not just in age, but in experience and I like to take that experience and move forward and enjoy life."
