"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" fans were able to see Gal Gadot suited up as Wonder Woman during Comic-Con in San Diego, Calif. Saturday, New York Daily News reported.

Prior to this, director Zack Snyder took to Twitter to share an image of the 29-year-old Israeli actress and model in a bronzed one-piece with thigh-high boots with a caption, "Great time at #SDCC this year! #WonderWoman #DCTrinity."

Best in known for her "Fast and Furious" role, Gadot was previously considered by some fans too small for the Wonder Woman role, Hypable reported.

On the other hand, Snyder said in a statement, "Wonder Woman is arguably one of the most powerful female characters of all time and a fan favorite. Not only is Gal an amazing actress, but she also has that magical quality that makes her perfect for the role."

Along with Snyder and her co-stars Ben Affleck playing Batman and Henry Cavill playing Superman, Gadot made a surprise appearance onstage in Hall H during the Warner Bros. panel.

During their appearance, more than 6,500 fans got the chance to watch the first footage of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," Variety reported.

Featured Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill reprising his Superman role in "Man of Steel," the footage has yet to be released online.

Shortly after giving remarks about shooting the movie, Snyder and left along with Affleck, Cavill and Gadot.

"We have to go back to finish the movie," the 48-year-old director told the audience.

Signed in January, Gadot's contract includes not only "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" but also its followup "Justice League" and at least one solo "Wonder Woman" film.

Gadot is also in the 2014 movie "Kicking Out Shoshana."

Aside from acting, she also models for Castro and hosts its fashion shows. In 2004, she represented Israel at the Miss Universe beauty pageant, which was won by Miss Australia Jennifer Hawkins.
