Just after news broke that Eva Mendes was seven months pregnant with her and Ryan Gosling's first child, the actress was spotted leaving a parking lot in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the 40-year-old "Lost River" cast member did her best to completely cover up her baby bump when she saw photographers taking her picture on Wednesday.

Eva Mendes decided to use her extra large Birkin bag and plenty of scarves to cover up the highly anticipated belly shot.

On July 9th, it was revealed that "The Place Beyond the Pines" couple were expecting their first child together.

An insider told OK! Magazine, "She's been ready for motherhood for a while now," adding, "and to be sharing this experience with Ryan is a dream come true for her!"

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes haven't had the easiest year as the two were rumored to have split several times since 2013.

However, the baby news may give their relationship the foundation it needs. A source explained, "Ryan grew up without a dad, so he always said when he had kids, he'd be there no matter what," adding, "This is it for him."

Despite his newfound dedication to their growing family, a simple promise from her boyfriend may not be enough for Eva Mendes.

Insiders revealed that Gosling's girlfriend is determined to make their family status official before their bundle of joy arrives.

The source revealed, "Ryan doesn't think they need to marry just because they are having a baby, but Eva believes it's important to have their lives fully intertwined."

Whether or not they get married, it seems that Ryan Gosling will happily welcome a new baby girl or boy.

An insider revealed, "[Ryan] loves babies, and he loved playing with the little boy who played our son. It was adorable to see him in that light."
