Robin Thicke is making it known that he loves Paula Patton, but will the public declarations and full-album dedication be enough to make his high school sweetheart run back?

The "Blurred Lines" singer stopped by Good Morning America to promote his latest album, "Paula," which he felt "was the least he could do" for her and hopes she likes it. Thicke feels he has nothing to hide after losing his love, but won't say if she's responded.

When asked about sharing private texts in his "Get Her Back" video, the artist replied, "I actually have no idea what I'm doing. I'm actually flying by the seat of my pants on this one. I just wanted to make something artistic out of a very difficult period."

Apparently Thicke's tactics don't go unnoticed. A source told Hollywood Life exclusively that he has a strong chance to win back Patton.

"For as much as Robin is doing publicly to save his marriage, he is also working hard behind the scenes to show he wants the relationship to work," the source told the site. "And he is also a wonderful father, which Paula appreciates most. She also likes the music directed towards her, but that alone will not save the marriage."

"But Robin still has a great chance to make things work. It's going to take some time though, and so far so good," they continued.

"Paula" dropped yesterday, and Thicke premiered "Get Her Back" at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. Before performing he addressed the audience, stating, "all right, y'all, help me get her back."

"[Paula] being an intricate part of my life the last twenty years, I had a lot to talk about," Thicke told Steve Harvey of his new album. "I gotta impress her somehow."
