So we're all for a little corset training to lose a couple inches off the waist, but there's always someone who takes it just a little too far.

Corset training has gained a lot of renewed popularity lately, thanks in part to the Kardashians. Kim K reportedly used a corset to shrink her waist in time for her wedding. And Khloe showed off her slimmer figure on Instagram after starting her own corset training too.

But military wife Penny Brown has taken corseting to a whole new level.

Using the voluptuous cartoon Jessica Rabbit as her inspiration, Brown has taken her waist from 38 to 23 inches! Insert omg moment here.

"I've been obsessed with Jessica Rabbit from a really early age," the pin-up model told the Daily Mail. "'I think she is incredibly sexy and there's a real power and strength to her character."

After wearing a corset for a few naughty pictures for her husband who was stationed overseas, Brown decided to keep her corset on for four months straight, taking it off only to shower. She lost an astounding 15 inches, but it wasn't easy.

Unable to eat, lie down, or drive properly, the experience was not pleasant. "It was tough at first, Brown explained. "The corset is not a magical tool that will make your waist tiny in a few months."

"It really was hard work and dedication on my part," she continued. "I stuck to little meals, and also things that incorporate liquid into the food - like smoothies."

"One thing that was difficult was not being able to eat my favorite spicy foods - because they would wreak havoc on my stomach when it was restricted in the corset."

To make her proportions even more extreme, Brown then took her 34H bust to a 36J size. A second breast augmentation after that has made her an O cup, and she wants to go bigger.

"I've always been obsessed with big boobs,' said Penny. 'The bigger they are the better and I don't think I'll ever be big enough," Brown said candidly.

We're all for improving our appearance, and we're happy to report Brown says she's more confident than ever, but how far is too far?

With this story making the idea of corset training even more appealing to many, stay tuned tomorrow to learn about the do's and don't of waist training before you decide to try it.
