‘Daredevil’ Star Charlie Cox: My Character Does Super Slightly Odd Moves; ‘Justice League’s’ Rosario Dawson Plays Night Nurse On Netflix Series

"Boardwalk Empire" star Charlie Cox said his title character Daredevil "kind of does super slightly odd moves" during the panel at New York Comic Con for the upcoming 13-episode Netflix series.

On Oct. 10, Friday, Marvel debuted the first footage of "Daredevil" and Cox said the series works very well on the Netflix platform, Business Insider reported.

"You can make it a little bit darker and really give the fans who love that series what they want so much," Cox said.

Marvel television president Jeph Loeb took questions from fans during the panel provided they are relevant to "Daredevil or someone that's up here on the stage thing."

Transitioning from HBO's "Boardwalk Empire" to Netflix's "Daredevil," Cox said he saw how a Netflix series differ from a typical TV show when he "Daredevil" the scripts.

What is interesting about the upcoming Netflix series is that Netflix do not have to remind audiences what happened all the time as there are no weeks in between, Cox told the crowd.

If an episode ends on a cliff-hanger, Netflix fans can simply continue watching so they can spend more time on the real story, according to the actor.

Among the first Daredevil" images Netflix and Marvel released after the panel are Cox's "Daredevil" costume, which was based on the version of Frank Miller and John Romita Jr.'s version in "Daredevil: The Man Without Fear."

Marvel television producer Jeph Loeb also explained Rosario Dawson's character Claire Temple in "Daredevil" is a "nurse who works at night" taken from Marvel's series in the 1970s called "Night Nurse," Vulture has learned.

Dawson is the voice behind Wonder Woman of the upcoming 2015 film "Justice League: Throne Of Atlantis."

Exclusively streaming on Netflix in 2015, "Daredevil" also stars Vincent D'Onofrio as Kingpin, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Toby Leonard Moore as Wilson Fisk's right-hand man Wesley and Bob Gunton as Leland Owlsley among others, Comic Book Resources reported.
