The Kardashians have continued their holiday tradition of creating Christmas cards. But this time around, Kim, Khloe and the rest of the reality TV family spent $250,000 to send season's greetings.

According to Hollywood Life, the Kardashians "klan" unveiled a very fashionable card that came with an expensive price tag on Sunday.

The photogenic family members may look better than ever, but they shelled out a lot of money for their most elaborate card yet. The theme focused on a crazy funhouse, complete with money signs, bright lights and Bruce Jenner in a glass cage.

But just who paid for the extremely imaginative photos spread?

The production company for their show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" footed the entire bill, according to what a source told RadarOnline. Their set was filled with so many outrageous props, taking three days to put together. Photographer David LaChapelle shot the well-known relatives in the futuristic photo session.

"David was extremely involved in all details of the set installation," said a family friend to Radar. "It was Kim's idea to get David to do the family photo Christmas picture."

Kanye West's fiance had no problem talking LaChapelle into doing the shoot.

"At first, David balked because he does photo shoots for major magazines, but Kim convinced him to do it," continued the friend. "It wasn't a cheap photo shoot, and the production company of Keeping Up With The Kardashians paid the $250,000 invoice. Hair, make-up, wardrobe, were all paid for by production, and the Kardashians didn't pay one dime for their Christmas card!"

Most of the men in the family - Rob Kardashian, Lamar Odom and West- were left out of the images.
