How sad. Joe Giudice's father, Frank, passed away Wednesday at 63 at him and Teresa Giudice's Montville, N.J. home. According to reports Joe and Frank were playing with the family dog in the yard when he fell suddenly ill.

Frank was over the reality star's house building a chicken coop when he collapsed.

"The ONLY focus of both Joe and Teresa is their family right now, especially the girls. No decisions about the court case or the show are being addressed today," a rep for the family told TMZ.

Joe has a sentence hearing July 8 after pleading guilty with his wife to over 41 counts of fraud and tax evasion. He faces a maximum sentence of 46 months in prison and possible deportation.

"Teresa's legal team absolutely won't let her do any interviews before the sentencing hearing because it could impact her sentence," a source recently told Radar. "If Teresa was out doing press interviews promoting RHONJ before the July 8 sentencing, it would look like she wasn't taking the process seriously, which she definitely is. After the sentence is handed down, it's expected Bravo will officially give Season Six a premiere date."

They then added, "Teresa and Joe will be keeping a very low profile... They are getting ready for the July sentencing date, and just spending time with their family," the source added. "Family is everything to Teresa and she is trying to keep things as normal as possible for her daughters."

We got a closer look at their struggle in a trailer for the upcoming season of "Real Housewives of New Jersey."

"I'm in this nightmare I can't get out of," Teresa confessed. "I really need protection right now. Joe and I. And the girls."

Noticeably upset during the trailer is the couple's daughter Gia, who tells her father she wants to become a criminal lawyer when she grows up.
