New reports are the claiming that Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge has hired a "butt bodyguard" to add to her security team in an effort to try and avoid the publishing of more embarrassing images being taken following the infamous bare bum shot during her royal tour.

According to Entertainment Wise, the photo of Kate Middleton's bare butt was taken while she was around a helicopter during the Australian royal tour and was later published in German and Australian tabloids.

However, this is not the first time Prince William's wife has suffered a wardrobe malfunction during a public outing.

Apparently the palace took the liberty of hiring someone to help avoid another incident of paparazzi from getting another shot of the royal's butt.

A source told the Daily Star, "Kate will now be watched all the time. We can't afford any more embarrassing photos like this.

"The poor girl was snapped topless in France while on holiday and now someone has got a photo of her bottom. She needs more protection to spare her blushes."

The report also claims that the Duchess of Cambridge has been urged to be more careful about risqué photo opportunities in the future, especially considering the increasing popularity of camera phones.

When asked about the bodyguard, a palace spokesperson stated "that they would never discuss security matters as it was a private matter."

In the past, it was suggested that Kate Middleton should wear weight hems like the queen however, it is clear that the Duchess didn't follow through with the idea.
