Kendall Jenner is not as popular as everyone thinks, according to Twitter. Though the reality starlet boasts 7.98 million followers, it turns out 4.6 million of those accounts are FAKE. What would make her do such a thing?

There is a way to pay for the illusion of massive followers, and In Touch ran names of her followers through an app called statuspeople.com. Half of her twitter fans were deemed "fake" or "inactive," and an insider backed these claims.

"Kendall and her sisters have bought a good amount of their followers," they told the mag.

"She knows the more followers she has, the more she'll get paid to tweet."

The next generation of Kardashian allegedly gets paid for tweeting about products. We guess this could be incentive to build a bigger following, but when you are part of one of the most famous families, is buying followers REALLY necessary?

Jenner made headlines earlier this week after purchasing an exclusive Westwood LA condo for $1.39 million. She took out a $910,000 mortgage on her new two bedroom, two and a half bathroom abode.

The property boasts a heated swimming pool, wine storage area, and catering kitchen. It also includes a 24 hour valet, concierge, and doorman, sub zero and Viking appliances, and a fitness center.

Momager Kris Jenner's names are on the home's documents, but she did not pay for the condo. We are sure Mom is sad about her daughter moving out, but they are so close so it could be like she never left!

Not to mention, there is plenty of room for younger sis Kylie Jenner!
