Since her split with her boyfriend of fourteen years Johnny Depp, Vanessa Paradis has moved on in life and her career however, the press has made sure that she has not forgotten her past.

While promoting her new movie "Fading Gigolo," the French beauty was asked about some of her previous work as a singer.

According to Entertainment Wise, the star released her album "Love Stories" last year not too long after her split with the Hollywood veteran who became engaged to Amber heard not too long afterwards.

However, since the end of their romance the songstress has denied that the album was a about their break-up.

During a chat with The Independent, Paradis was asked about particular lyrics in the title track, "I don't know nothing about love, you know."

She explained, "I didn't even write that lyric, so I am all safe.

"I would never do an album as a journal. A journal is yours, but music is something to share with people. Everything that has been said or written in the record are universal ideas that people can relate to and will hopefully make them feel good.

"And I am completely protected there, [because] I didn't write the songs."

In her new film "Fading Gigolo," Vanessa Paradis stars alongside Woody Allen, who she couldn't help but gush about.

She said, "Woody Allen is just like you see in his movies. He's an improviser. And he's such a funny improviser!"

Meanwhile, Johnny Depp has had no problem moving on and displaying some steamy PDA with his hot blonde fiancé.

The engaged couple was caught indulging in a steamy lip-locking session in New York City on Wednesday, May 14th. The pair looked happier than ever as they stared into each other's eyes between sweet kisses.

The 50-year-old "Transcendence" star was dressed casually wearing a tan hat and white T-shirt as he leaned into the car to give his lady love a kiss.
