This week we honor classic beauty Caprice.

A London transplant, this "it girl" across the pond is an American originally from California. The blonde hair, blue-eyed beauty would soon find success in the UK, appearing on over two hundred magazine covers.

Dubbed World's Sexiest Woman and International Woman of the year, Caprice is also a savvy businesswoman. Aside from being the face of many successful ad campaigns, the beauty is also head of her own line of popular lingerie apparel and bedding.

So what goes into being a supermodel about town? Caprice's signature is definitely her amazing hair and skin. And the 42-year old isn't shy about revealing how she keeps it all together.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Caprice breaks down her beauty routine. "You've got to start looking after skin early to maintain it and I've been really careful ever since I started modeling and it hasn't gone haywire yet," she said. "It's also vital to change the products you use every two months so your skin doesn't become immune." Definitely a BWN tip!

And with long flowy blonde hair a definite signature of this star, the model has a few pieces of advice on how to keep locks in such lovely shape. But it hasn't been easy work.

"I've been bleaching my hair every six weeks for ten years and it's taken a hell of a beating," Caprice revealed. "About 18 months ago a colorist in South Africa put so much color in it and it became so brittle that it almost snapped clean off."

Like many woman, Caprice had to resort to an intensive hair treatment to repair her tresses from the damage over-processing can wreak. Thankfully it was a success.

As for makeup, the model says keep things simple. "If I have an event my make up is much heavier but if I'm just going out to dinner with a few mates I'll just use a minimal amount to keep myself looking fresh."
