Kim Kardashian is a fan of taking selfies so there's no surprise that baby North West's engaged mom took to Instagram to share a photo of her pre-wedding body as she gets in shape for her Parisian nuptials to Kanye West.
According to E! News, earlier in the day on Tuesday the "Keeping up with Kardashians" to flaunt her toned figure.
In the photo the 33-year-old shows off her flat stomach and some under boob after hitting the gym. Attached to the picture was the caption, "Just finished my morning workout."
For fans who aspire to have a flat stomach like the reality star are in luck as celebrity trainer, Joey Gonzalez, COO & Partner at Barry's Bootcamp told Hollywood Life how you can get Kim Kardashian's abs in time for summer.
Kanye West's fiancé is known to attend Barry's Bootcamp in an effort to stay in shape and the trainer decided to reveal just how she does it.
Gonzale explained, "Kim works very hard for her sculpted abs. We love combination moves at Barry's Bootcamp because they're extremely effective when it comes to toning and bringing up the heart rate for that cardiovascular work as well.
"One of the most effective moves we use in several Barry's Bootcamp classes is a combo move: burpee into mountain climbers. I suggest doing one burpee with a push-up, bringing the chest as close to the ground as possible on the way down, followed by four to six quick mountain climbers."
He continued, "The quick movements and changes in levels from high to low hit several muscle groups and will build cardio endurance at the same time. Another way to hone in on those abs is to utilize heavy weights - there's no need to be afraid of them!
"They bring your heart rate up more quickly than doing a bunch of reps with lighter weights, thus burning more calories and helping to get rid of those last few pounds around your middle."
