It looks like Pippa Middleton can't catch a break lately as the socialite has been fired from her position at Britain's Daily Telegraph just after six months.

According to Us Weekly, a source from the national newspaper, where Kate Middleton's little sister began writing her "Sport and Social" column in September confirmed that her contract is not being renewed.

Nico Jackson's girlfriend kicked off the column when she penned a piece about her new passion, boxing, which she called "a pure but pleasing agony."

During her time at the Telegraph Pippa Middleton's column covered a variety of topics ranging from flipping pancakes to cycling underwater.

A source at the newspaper told the magazine, "The readers just weren't into it. There was a lot of negative mail coming in after each column and there were too many off-limit subjects for her. They ran out of ideas."

This marks the second time that Prince George's aunt has failed in the art of literary expertise. Not too long ago the Duchess of Cambridge's sibling was hit with harsh criticism for making a hefty sum of money from her connections when she signed with book publisher Viking Press in 2011.

However, after the debut of her party planning book "Celebration" reportedly only sold 18,000 copies, future publishing plans were put on hold indefinitely.

Despite her recent failure as a writer Pippa Middleton continues to be praised for her upmarket supermarket magazine Waitrose Kitchen and Vanity Fair.
